Well I have been using this product for the last year without issue and with good support from Derek. In fact I sent a support issue in just 2 days ago and had a response the next day. Mind you I am a premium customer.
I have also just received the same email from 1 and ! and I currently use Wordfence Free.

I have done as you suggested however it’s still not working BUT it now shows as a broken link.
I assume that is because it is looking for :- https://www.graham-mansfield.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/2016-09-11_0008-1.jpg whereas the link wouldn’t have the blog part in it would it (looking at your example above).
Do you know how I can amend the links?
Just to clarify what I have done is I have copied over all the years worth of upload data from my old site to the new site. So I have the same directly structure in the new site in the uploads directory that I did in the old site.
I looked in the media area of the consol but none of these images show up.Graham

In reply to: Lost ImagesClaudia,
Yes my old site was graham-gmansfield.com/blog and now the site is Graham-mansfield.com.
Originally I used a product called Blogstomp to enter the content and the images directly.
When I copied the images to the new site under the wp-content/uploads I did it manually but they are not visible in the media library on the new site.
If you go to my website and the blog section you will see where the images are but with the ? which I assume means missing.Graham
Hi Cory,
Where do I lodge a support ticket?
GrahamHi Cory
Well I was trying to do this on a another machine using localhost and I wondered if the problem was with the local deployment. I therefore decided to try it on a sub directory of my main domain. I repackaged everything make sure that there were no errors. I also deleted some of the images to try and reduce the size. Once packaged I uploaded to the sub directory of the main domain and ran the installer. Sadly again I am getting the exact same error message. Oh and I also updated Duplicator to the latest version just to be on the safe side.
I want to get this working and am happy to upgrade to pro providing I can get it to work.
Ok I will do that and thanks again.
RegardsGraham
Hi Cory,
Well I did as you said and still exactly the same error.
No I don’t have any log or stats tables. I think the reason the DB is so large is that I have a lot of images in the blogs.
Is there a constraint in the DB size for Duplicator?Graham
Hi Cory,
The database is 1,118,049 so in the php.ini file so I increased it to 1,300m but I still get exactly the same error. Sorry to keep pestering you but just not sure what else I can do!Regards
GrahamCory, I have increased it from 128 to 512k but still the same. What size do you suggest.
Thanks for your help.
GrahamHi Cory,
Thanks for your fast response.
I can confirm that Database.sql and we-configure.php are in the zip and that the database.sql has data in it.
I have checked the installer-data.sql and it is empty so clearly this is the issue.
Is PHP have issues writing to the database or to the installer–data.sql file?
Regards
Graham
