In reply to: [Rotating Tweets (Twitter widget and shortcode)] jQuery clash? Thanks Martin,
It appears as though your off the hook. I should have checked by deactivating in the first place – sorry.
So it’s back to square one for me. I’ll try by turn plugins off one at a time.
Thanks
Can I also add my voice here.
I seem to have the same problem:
I have users that have editor capabilities. I am using Admin Menu Editor Pro to provide an essentials view for editors and below. Even though the Sidebars menu is turned off for those users, it still appears but with ‘Categories, Tagas, News Categories, Resource Categories’ [the later two being custom taxonomies]. Happy to provide a clone on a testing site if it will help solve this.Very pleased with your plugin, thank you.

In reply to: [Attachments] Non-Image AttachmentHi,
If I have this right…
This is about using a generic image for say a pdf file as an attachment. So if I use
echo $attachments->image( ‘thumbnail’ );
and the attachement is a pdf, then the generic wordpress image should show.Sadly it does not.
If I have got this wrong… then how do I get the generic image to show?
ThanksForum: Plugins

In reply to: [Attachments] Lost generic file imagesSorted!
Now using wp_get_attachment_image, which I had not realised I was using pre-update. Show I should not just blindly copy others code.
Thanks

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Admin Bar menu – removalHi Rob,
Thanks for this pointer. I’ll put that in place.
thanks
Graham
Further to above…
Advance Access Manager [AAM] allows control of capabilities. There are a bunch of capabilities showing associated with events Calendar. If you deselect these, save, then re-select then and save the Events menu appears to be restored.
So, it might be a capability issue. I tried this on my production site, but it did not have the same effect.
Hoping this is a simple issue.
GrahamHi,
I am having the same issue.
I think I have isolated it to a clash with Advanced Access Manager.
I have set up testone.oandb.info
Admin: test P-word: eventIf you deactivate Advance Access Manager then the correct Events dashboard appears. Reactive Advance Access Manager and the Events menu is only partially there.
Very keen to get this working and looking forward to upgrading for several client sites I am working on.
cheers
Graham
