The manual creation of the catalog worked and is well synchronized.

On the other hand, since the update of the plugin in version 1.2.13, the automatic synchronization has started to work again… and we therefore find ourselves with 2 catalogs synchronized and displayed on the Pinterest.fr account. This can be a problem or can we continue to use the one I had integrated manually ?

Ok, manual catalog creation is in progress. I’ll get back to you as soon as I have the logs.

However, I noticed something weird on the Pinterest.com account. To access the catalogs, I go to the navigation menu “Ads” > “Catalogs”. But the link is not good and generates an error page :

Everything is ok regarding the module configuration. However, the feed does not appear on the Pinterest account after several days : https://www.pinterest.fr/product-catalogs/

I followed your instructions step by step. No worries except in the planned actions. I still had some in progress, so I deleted them manually. I left those “Complete” status.

Sorry to have taken so long to answer you but I also had the support of Pinterest which checks certain things on their side.

I’ll let you know if this correctly generates the feed URL on the website and especially on the Pinterest account.

Yes, its this plugin, produced by GetWooPlugin: https://getwooplugins.com/plugins/woocommerce-variation-swatches/

The error/bug occurs when you have two groups of variations on a product sheet (and the cache has been loaded). For example, for 1 product you have a choice of several sizes and below a choice of several colors. When the bug occurs, we try to select our choices but cannot choose the second line of options (colors) and cannot then click on the “Add to cart” button. This tells us with popup that we must choose the options…
To remove the bug, we are forced to empty the cache from WP-Optimize and the problem is fixed for a few hours.

I can share a screenshot of the error console with you if needed.

2. Enable redirection to converter? Failed
3. Create webp files upon request? Failed
