I just updated the plugin. The issue is resolved but only if I group products by product id (in settings table).

If I need to group items by shipping class, the situation is still the same. The free shipping coupon is applied to all the items of the same shipping class instead of one product only.

Inside you will find 2 kind of settings because the same issue happens both with “group by shipping class” and “group by product id”.

– No plugin is used to handle coupons
– The coupon enables free shipping only for “Product B” (setting in restrictions tab)

Thank you but that’s not my situation. I don’t need that cart limit is set to one product only. I need that only when product A is add to cart, this will be sold individually. But if product A is not in cart and I add other products (B, C, D, E, etc) the cart should be working as usual.

Yes, the coupons are part of the free WooCommerce plug-in.

Just a note: coupons are not private post type.

Thank you, but that’s not my situation.

On my form I have not spam-filtering (Recaptcha, Akismet, etc.) and I don’t want them. It’s exactly the opposite problem: messages go into spam but it’s wrong because they’re not spam. So I can’t understand which is the reason of this problem.
