Dan, I was able to resolve the issue by removing all of my documents and then adding them back to the pages with local=true. I didn’t see the errors the other user reported but I did see some other errors after installing the plug-in. There were several errors complaining about invalid settings which also went away after I removed the documents. Sorry I can’t remember what they were.
Anyway, I have successfully worked around everything. Thank you for the quick follow-up.
