Thank you Marco for the tips Checked all my plugins… Followed instructions and am a bit disillusioned

This is my site, same setting and no tool bar to be seen…Mine is showing hTM<L/Visual and no tool bar… how can I get the txt tap (with tool bar)

I have the same issue. Can it be because I cleaned up disk space and de-fragmented? If so, what am I missing?
