In reply to: WP Forms Will NOT Embed My FormRoxanne,
I have a question a little off subject, but still pertains to plugins. First of all, GOOD NEWS is it’s FIXED! I deactivated my AutoOptimize (per WPForm support), but I also Deactivated my Starter Templates, The Plus Addons for Block Editor, Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg, and WP Umbrella. My question is, it appears that on at least SOME plugins, that once I’m finished using whatever features it offers than I can deactivate said plugin, and things still work fine. Is there any truth to this? I’ve gone through every page and post, and everything works great.
Thanks,

In reply to: WP Forms Will NOT Embed My FormThanks Roxanne,
I’m getting ready to write Site Kit support now, but I’m confused about your request:
System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
I’m not even using WooCommerce. I don’t get the connection.
Thanks,

In reply to: WP Forms Will NOT Embed My FormMy JS Error Code on Contact Page
Hello Roxanne,
Thanks for the assist. So, I followed the instructions as best as I could. I implemented 2022 Theme, Deactivated all plugins. Went to WPForm and created a fresh form and gave it a new name. Then, tried to Embed it into my Contact page without success. To make a long story short, next I completely deleted all the plugins I KNEW I wasn’t using. Then, 1 by 1 I replaced the 2022 theme with my Astra Pro, along with that plugin, and it worked. I continued adding the plugins, incl. the WP-Optimize, and UpDraftPlus Backup plugins THEN, using those plugins. STILL successful. Finally, I activated the Google Site Kit and when I went back to view my Contacts page that’s when I got the JS error. I’m using the Google Site Kit, AS OPPOSED to the MonsterInsights because 1.) It’s free, and 2.) It’s a stand alone, and I figured that would be simpler. 3. I’ve already gone through the hassle of installing all of the GA ID’s, and products. (BTW, I still never got the original error as of yet.) I looked at, and followed the instructions for Troubleshooting the JS error by downloading the AutoOptimize plugin, but I’m still getting the JS Error. That’s when it was getting TOO DEEP in the weeds. HEP ME!

In reply to: Being Able to Scroll To/Thru CategoriesHello again bcworkz. After I finished the response post above I encountered a problem with one of my categories that when you look at the backend of the Category Menu setup it won’t sit in the hierarchy setup just right. Meaning, the Piano category USED to sit correctly with the same indentation as my other categories. Now, even though, it looks just fine when I display the site in all its glory. However, the Piano Category sits 1 level OUT from where the other Categories sit. So, for the life of me, I can’t figure out how to fix it. I can’t even figure out how it got screwed up. Anyhow, any suggestions?

In reply to: Being Able to Scroll To/Thru CategoriesHello bcworkz, and thanks for the response. I actually got lots of production since I posted, although, it was painstaking, and time-consuming. I wasn’t really satisfied until late last night, and I was too tired to reply. Anyhoo, I found the Enhanced Category Pages plugin that helped me straighten everything out. To edit any of the Category pages goto the Posts/Category and pick whatever Category you wish. However, to EDIT that actual page instead of clicking on the 1st Edit, click on Enhanced Edit at the end. What I’ve completed so far looks beautiful. I just need to complete some blog posts so everything looks uniform. No big deal. There IS a tiny little issue that for the life of me I can’t figure out. If you go to either the Vocal or Piano Category from Blogs to the bottom left of the picture you’ll see in small gray print the word “Edit”. I’ve deleted all the fields in the Category page settings, but I can’t make that go away. Otherwise, everything is perfect. The reason the other Cat pages is simply becuz I haven’t posted any articles in them.
