In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] how to change sort order@yinako, the plugin does not support sorting at this time, but you can change the date of any review to change the sort order: https://screencast.com/t/m49ouu98dW
We may add a “Sticky” option in the future as an enhancement. Thanks for using the plugin.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Shortcode to display specific reviewsNo, we don’t have a “sticky” feature or the ability to show specific reviews at this time. Interesting idea, though.
Nothing I can think of except to look at the css styling for popupmaker and change the “screen” color as a text? I’m thinking maybe it’s set to white and is covering up the review content. Sooooo many plugins out there, it’s hard to get them all to play nice ??

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] can't see reviewer's entry in review fieldTough to help here without more info. Did you check both Visual and Text? Are you using any admin styling plugins at all? If so, disable them and see if the issue still exists. Also, try changing the admin color scheme for your user back to default. I’m unable to think of any other ideas.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Connecting reviews from different pages@CindyOT SEO, for next time please post to a new thread so we can keep them separate. Thanks!
– The reviews and button go together and can’t be separated at this time
– For each loan officer, you can display their reviews using the POSTID of the page, and yes, you can show all reviews on a generic page using the POSTID=”ALL”. If the original review post is deleted, try going to review, and in the Review Details section change the Reviewed Post to the generic page.
Hope that helps.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Very nice Plugin!Hi @kkharrison. The font size is controlled by the theme, so look at the CSS and to see how you can bump the font size. Good luck, and thanks for using the plugin.

In reply to: [WP Customer Reviews] Review don’t showThe suggestion to change to one of the basic themes is just a troubleshooting step. Change it over, look at whether the plugin displays the reviews, and if it does you know the issue is with your theme. You can them simply change it back.
Often times if you tell the theme developer there is an issue, they will work with you to correct it. Not all offer support however, so you may need a css expert to assist.
