To be clear, in WP Admin, when you click on Settings > Customer Reviews, you don’t see the settings for name, address, email etc. in the Business Information box?

Couple of questions:
1. What, if anything, changed on the site (even updates)? Change in theme? Any new plugins?
2. What theme do you use?
3. Did you try deactivating, uninstalling, and re-installing wp customer reviews?

Back up your database, then try deactivating and deleting WP Customer Reviews, and then add it back in again. You shouldn’t lose the reviews, but backup anyway. Re-installing has fixed several issues.

Next, you will need to try the steps above; deactivate all other plugins, then add them back one at a time.

No, not currently, but there are some tutorials out there to implement on other plugins that you might try. A quick search found these:

What I can tell you is if the “NUM” in the shortcode is not a valid number then it will default it to 3. Cathryn, from this and your other post regarding the button in the footer, you were having a theme issue, but looks like you aren’t using the plugin any longer.

Hi jingz. That appears to be an issue with the CSS in your theme. I’d look for the text-transform property, like this: text-transform: capitalize

@seozones, you can do that. When adding the comment, you can link to the PDF, image of the letter, or whatever. You can upload the PDF using media manager, then get the link and put it into the comments. See the first review on this page for an example of a link I inserted into a comment: https://joeyseo.com/?page_id=2

Styles sometimes don’t allow you to see the text. There are other reasons as well. Please post a link so we can see the code.

I 2nd that, and I’ll add that its hit and miss whether google shows the page. I will tell you a more active page seams to do better.
