lwpjapan, you must have us confused with another plugin. There is no paywall in our plugin – it’s free to use.

Sorry about that – to clarify, yes, they can probably see the IP address. It is Google – they can do just about anything I suppose, but since it’s on your site I don’t see them tying the IP address to this plugin. It’s not their site, so they wouldn’t care.

Google has been displaying them just fine as ratings in the search engine results, but its really up to them. They have no to track the IP address submitted from, and since it’s done on your site, there shouldn’t be a problem there. To be clear, the reviews themselves will not show in google results, just the page where the reviews are, along with a rating. Make sense?

Then you simply go to the other site and use the import function. Make sure you have the plugin installed there to of course, and a page set up for reviews. You may need to manually go in and assign each review to a page after importing.

@adrianjoss, Aaron and I truly appreciate your feedback. We wish we could devote more time to the plugin, but we have day jobs that keep us busy. Any time you can post to the support forum is helpful – it helps us see what is or isn’t an issue, how many people have the same issue, etc. Even if you post a “me too” to the end of another post, all feedback that way is helpful. @ adrianjoss It’s unfortunate you had those issues. I have a few questions for you.

Did you submit any suggestions to our UserVoice page, specifically for CSS Styling, or auto publishing? Did you post about any of your issues to the WordPress support forum? I looked on both, but didn’t see any posts from you.

We are quite reasonable and happy to help anyone that asks, as long as we have time to do so. It is a free plugin, so sometimes we can’t answer right away, but its always a good idea to post any issues you have to the support forum to get help from us, other users, and to share your experiences with others.

You don’t sound like a fan, and that’s ok, but my offer to help you out still stands if you have technical issues.

Try placing the shortcode where you want the review to appear. You would need to do a lot of styling to make it look like the example you provided.

There is not official method to translate the plugin at this time, however we currently looking at the best way to support translation for a future version. Than you for your patience.
