Ah, finaly found a reason/solution:

Unduplicate the translated fields and make a condition rule on which product the fieldgroup is shown:
Fieldgroup language 1 –> product language 1
Fieldgroup language 2 –> product language 2

Ja, habe es mittels WPML und WooCommerce Multilingual gemacht:
