Its the widget of the plugin called ‘Login-Logout’.
If you visit the site, you will find the widget in topbar.
I managed to change the register link from plugin’s php, but I can not find the code to change login and profile link. Can you help me in this ?

I have one last question,

How can I change font color and color when hovered ?
Adding color property into .my-logon class doesn’t work, only way I can change color by changing .widgets class(which is changing all colors of sidebars.
Adding properties on .widget_login_logout class only changing font color of the ‘|’ .

Thank you for the tutorial, I managed to add the plugin on my topbar and it is working fine.
But it is making a new line in topbar, can you tell how can I position it beside the search box ? (My Site)
As I am noob in CSS, I can’t find which tag/class I have to edit to position it and change its colour.
Can you give me tutorial of that too ?

Ohh, another issue I forgot to mention, when I am making it responsive it is floating over menu.
