In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] not working for meI’m still not getting any emails from the support tickets that I have submitted. And no, they are no longer going to my Outlook Junk file. And this morning there were 36 spams in my spam box (on my site) and 22 (very offensive) trash.

In reply to: [Spam protection, Anti-Spam, FireWall by CleanTalk] not working for meThanks for your suggestions. I have made the changes and hoping that does the trick.
Hi @serge00 I am sorry I didn’t get back to you before now. I had some other issues I was working on and got tied up.
I am available for a while this morning (CA time) as far as access goes. I have also signed up for the premium version to support you all for your service. Do you want a new support ticket or do we continue with this one.
And how do I grant you secure access?
~Kathy
Hi @serge00 Can you tell me where I might find a database like that? I do have RS System Diagnositic…is that helpful? Please let me know. I am also going through my plugins and attempting to clean them up.
No sorry. This is still not resolved. I was traveling over the weekend and did not get a chance to get back to you. I just did the update to 5.6.9 and it is still giving me the error when I try to check the comments for spam. What now?
Hi @serge00 That would help a lot. I have nearly 5,000 subscribers…
Hi @safronik! I did what you said and Darn!…it made it up to 923 comments before it stalled again….here is the error message:
Ajax error. Process will be automatically restarted in 3 seconds. Status: timeout (Check comments)
Please, check for JavaScript errors in your dashboard and repair it.
It is giving me the Ajax error again…but I have no clue how to fix it. Is this something you can do from your end?

Hi @serge00 Okay I downloaded the zip file that you linked –but first I deactivated and deleted the old CleanTalk….but when I downloaded the new one it didn’t ask for a new access code…it just pulled up all the old data. Do I have to clear something else to get it to download it fresh.
Oh, and I tried the “check spam for comments” program and it stalled out just like before.

Hi @serge00 Your repair sounds easy enough for me. But when I went to upgrade there is none available. I currently have version 5.68 already. Do you have a version after that?
And please clarify what you mean by the “debug.log” file. I can see the anti-spam log and the Spamfirewall log. But no debug.log
Thanks for all your help. ~Kathy
Hi @safronik I don’t know how to send a PHP log. You’ll have to give me a step by step for me to do that.
And Hi @amagsumov. Thanks for letting me know you are working on this.

Hi Keith!
Oh, got it. You are the author. Thank you for your plugin. I’m convinced it has helped my site tremendously.
My only problems (in a perfect world of course) are those 38 issues that your “threat scan” list. If you don’t think they are a problem then I will conveniently just ignore them. ??
Thanks again for helping a novice like me.
