In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Emaisl not responsiveHi:
I did solve my problem by overwrite the file email-notification.php in my theme. But all the testes that I made (both gmail or hotmail) were showing the contents of my emails outside the viewport.

In my opinion, the ones ho have (are paying now) the extensions are paying the updates of all the others. And they are paying well!
40 euros a year for updates, isn’t that a very high price for updates?!
Anyone that uses this plugin will end up paying 40 euros a year, if starts using the extensions!!!
Off topic?? Go to your forum??
First of all, if I go there, I bet no one will answer me… If I came here, much and much more people will be warned about your business model, and prices!
After all, the (free) Newsletter plugin is the basis of your business model. If no one uses him, no one will use the extensions. Therefore, you will have no one to pay 40 euros a year for updates?!
Now, we may say that there’s nothing free and your work must be paid. I fully agree with that! But 40 euros a year for updates, seriously?
For 40 euros a year, you should be offering a lot more than you do now!
The price is irealistic!
Also, everybody that starts using your plugin should know that if they start depending on your extensions, they will have to pay a lot more that they should.
You offer free updates on the plugin and than charges 40 euros a year on updates for the extensions??? If you charge 20 euros a year for updates, I would think that a fair price. But 40 euros a year???
With 40 euros one can buy a nice plugin on codecanyon wit lifetime free updates…
