I did all of actions you suggested and it does not work. I used this theme several times with TranslatePress and nothing like this happened before.

I changed the link structure to Pretty Permalinks and it works! Thank you so much for your help. I will save that tip for future projects.

With me it’s the way it works on desktop, but on mobile totally not.The circle is spinning around.
