In reply to: [Kadence] Editing screen shaking after WP updateThank you. Turning off the Chrome Grammarly extension stopped the shaking on my site as well. Turning it back on caused the screen shaking to resume. But I don’t have the problem editing WordPress posts using the Microsoft Edge browser with the Grammarly extension. Somewhere in the interaction of the WordPress editor, Grammarly and the Chrome browser there is a problem. I have one page that I edit using the Classic Editor, and it doesn’t shake when using Chrome.
So I will have to use Edge until this problem is resolved. (My sites are hosted on WordPress.com using WordPress themes and I have not added any WordPress plugins).

In reply to: [Kadence] Editing screen shaking after WP updateMy site is with WordPress.com, also hosted on WordPress.com, but I’m having the same issue when using the editor with the Chrome or Brave browsers. It does not happen when using the Microsoft Edge browser. I’ve tried other computers and it’s the same. I’ve also tried changing my practice blog to the newest theme, and the screen still shakes like crazy, only in the editor, and not on any other site. This is a compatibility issue with the Chrome Browser and the WordPress Editor, only since the Windows update yesterday. Here’s one of my sites: https://historicipswich.net/

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Images wrong size in editorThanks Thelmachido. WordPress support is now aware of the problem, and it seems to be a glitch in the code. He gave me an easy workaround while they work on the problem. Simply open edit on the page, then click on code editor, then click back on visual editor and everything will look normal. This won’t fix the problem, but it makes it possible to edit the page in the visual editor with just those two quick clicks.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Images wrong size in editorAlthough my site is hosted by WordPress.com and I don’t have any plugins, this exact same thing has been happening to me as well for the past week. My site is https://historicipswich.org. In the editor, random images are displayed as centered thumbnails, even though they appear normal when looking at the site. I can make them correct in editor by clicking on center and then center again, but if I edit the page again, the same thing happens. It’s not always the same images that this happens to. I’ve tried different computers, different browsers, and on my two other WordPress.com sites and the same problem happens no matter what I do. I’m using Windows 11. On the WordPress.com forum there were a couple of other people who said this has been happening to them this week. I’m surprised that more people aren’t reporting this.
