sorry for late reply. At this moment, its not possible in both free and premium version, its requested feature couple of times by premium users, so it will be added in the next plugin update.

at this moment we do not have % of order as a coupon discount, only in premium version. If you have a developer on your hand, he should be able to change this under class-gens-raf-public.php file and get % of the amount for that order.

Yup, its working with latest version, I did not update readme files which should show here that its supported. I will do that soon to clear the confusion.
