I was thinking about your case and decided that it’s worth telling you about a possibility which doesn’t require you to use a paid plugin.
Unfortunately, in this case client is able to choose bank transfer with the shipping method for COD as the Woocommerce doesn’t provide default option to disable specific payment methods for specific shipping methods.
You can follow my instructions below.
First, create 2 shipping zones and add the postcodes to the zones. You can read more about creating zones here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/#section-3
After that, go to the zones and create shipping methods in each zone. First one would be Shipping A, second one would be Shipping A – COD.
At last you need to create rules in the shipping methods with the Flexible Shipping. You can set different prices in each of them.
If client will come from the first zone, he will see the shipping methods only from the first zone.Best regards,
?ukaszHello,
The error means that the service is not available. Please check your address in the settings and the client’s address to be sure that UPS is trying to use a valid ZIP code and country. If you still get this error, that service may actually be unavailable in the UPS for your or client’s address.
If you are using credentials for testing or development purposes, it may not return all services, so the error wouldn’t be shown to real clients.
Actually, I see that there is an error 500 on your website, so I cannot see the shipping methods that you’ve set.
Best regards,
Hello,
in most cases, a situation like this is caused by the limited number of settings in the plugin. You can set much more in the PRO version
I’m sorry but we can’t provide support for the PRO version here. You can ask your questions here: https://flexibleshipping.com/support/
Remember to select a subject: Pre-sale Question.Best regards,
?ukaszHi,
thank you for your message.
You can do it by the Flexible Shipping and our other plugin – Active payments. It is not possible directly by only the Flexible Shipping.
You can read more about the conditional shipping payments on our website.
Here is the second article with more exact instructions: https://docs.flexibleshipping.com/article/35-conditional-cash-on-delivery-cod
In your case, you should create 2 zones in the Woocommerce, then configure shipping methods for them in the Flexible Shipping and then connect them with exact types of payments in the Active Payments plugin.
As it’s the paid option, we don’t provide more support for this kind of plugins on www.remarpro.com. Please write a ticket here https://flexibleshipping.com/support/. In the subject, please select the Pre-sale Question.
Best regards,
?ukaszThank you for the response. Last time, we don’t have many issues about this, but as I see now, unfortunately, Woocommerce still working on this.
You can look at this bug here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/27528

The same error occurred a few weeks ago and it was related to the bug in the Woocommerce. Do you have the latest version of our plugin, WordPress and Woocommerce?Best regards,
?ukaszHi,
I was trying to reproduce your issue, but all seemed OK. I’ve made order: 4872 for testing purposes without any errors.
Could you check it again, please?

?ukaszHi,
our plugin doesn’t support vendors and split shipping. If you set the shipping cost it will be shown for a user and cannot be hidden or saved in another place.Best regards,
?ukaszI have an idea ?? Could you tell me, how do you apply the discount for orders?
Are you using Woocommerce coupons or a plugin for managing discounts?
If it is the discount by a coupon we have this option in the pro version, you can ask about it here: https://flexibleshipping.com/support/ because this support forum is only for the free version.
Best regards,
?ukaszHello,
Unfortunately, if the discount is applied directly to a product it is not possible to do it.
Best regards,
?ukaszHello,
