Such change would require to edit the source file of your theme:

<input name=”submit” type=”submit” id=”submit” class=”submit” value=”Post Comment”>

You need to change the value=”Post Comment” to value=”Post Review”.

Keep in mind if you modify this directly in your theme it will be removed with any update.

What I would advise is creating a child theme:

Are you able to access the wp-admin and temporarily switch to a different theme?

Are you able to check your wp-config.php encoding?
It should be without BOM.

How to do this :
For Windows you need Notepad++ and save the file in “UTF-8 without BOM” encoding.
For Mac OS you need TextEdit . TextEdit by default saves the file in “UTF-8 without BOM” encoding.
