Thanks again for your great help. You steered me in the direction of my issue. Indeed, I had the “prevent accidental votes” enabled. Now that it is disabled, it works as intended.
I managed to make a quick video to show the issue I face in mobile. Notice, that I start showing in desktop, then changed the view in mobile. You’ll notice that when you click on 4 stars or less, the feedback form/button doesn’t show up in mobile view, but it does show up in desktop.
Also, you’ll see the issue with the css (for hovering over the stars), it doesn’t take the color scheme I placed through my theme css. It works fine on desktop, but on mobile it shows only the default color.
Here is the video to show both issues..
https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cqe0VX0d7IPlease advise what is wrong, or what to check for.
Thanks for your reply. Is there a way I can email you with the link? I don’t want to provide the link of the site in this forum.
Please advise.

Yes, I’m afraid that support is practically over. The only way that this plugin can succeed (as far as updates and being on top of issues), is to charge for it, to make it commercial.
This is the problem of “Free” plugins, you can’t just expect ongoing support with no compensation to the developer. There is no incentive, nor motivation when there is no financial gain. When their time dedicated to it is not valued, what is the use of spending time to it? See what I mean.
I love this plugin, but shortly will fall by the wayside unless it becomes available for a fee, for which I’ll gladly subscribe or buy.

In reply to: [Software License Manager] Shopping Cart integration with eStoreThat’s good news. So, does this mean that if I install this plugin it will work out of the box with eStore? or does it need to have something more to it to make it work seamlessly together?

In reply to: [Row Seats Core] Any release soon?Glad you worked it out, the https settings must be done within the https plugin.
As far as themes, it does work on most themes, but some are particular in handling our chart. If you’d like you can provide your website address in our contact page and maybe I can provide a solution.

In reply to: [Row Seats Core] Any release soon?is your installed version 2.0? that is the latest. Please refer to the Month Calendar section for creation a show. You’ll go either into month view (this is consider a whole day event), or if you go to week/day view then you can specify what is the hour of the event. You create it by clicking and dragging.
I use the “event calendar” widget (from your plugin) and today’s date booking is not hyperlinked.
I would like that option to show today’s date and be hyperlinked. I even bought the pro version hoping that this was integrated. I may be forced to take out the calendar widget, as this can be confusing and loose business while a visitor tries to book “today’s date”. @marcus, can this be implemented?
thanks,
gerson
Geoffjb, I tried your code, but it doesn’t get hyperlinked. It shows the same thing on your K2 Calendar for today Sept. 2nd. I wonder if it is because the time of the event is past.
