Reinstalling the plugin resolved the problem. Thank you.

Rollback to Version 4.1.3 (through update 4.1.6) fixed this problem.

Also, FYI, the removal of apostrophes in some of my product titles partially corrected the problem I was encountering.

Latest update (4.1.4) (WordPress 4.7) has caused categories and sub-categories to disappear in catalogue display.

However, my posts are still showing the default WP comment prompt of “No Comments” instead of the phrase assigned by WPDiscuz: “Be the First to Comment!” All else appears to be working but I cannot get the WPDiscuz phrases to appear on my site. I must be missing something in my installation.

I believe you need to add JW Image Rotator plugin for this function and then set it up under “Galleries” “Settings”. This will randomly select the first image displayed and the balance will follow in order from that image on, based on upload date.

Can I just clarify that this problem would cause my All-in-One calendar widget to not follow the sidebar format of my site’s theme. At present, the widget’s title is not visible (white on white), the standard border is missing and the spacing is off.

I want to make sure I’m waiting for the right fix here. Thanks.

I may be having the same problem. While deactivating a plugin my sidebar disappeared. All attempts to restore the plugin, reload the theme, upgrade WordPress have failed. No matter what theme I load the sidebar(s) do not show.

When I try to access the widgets in the admin page “appearance” section, I get the message “No Sidebars Defined”.

Also, I no longer have access to “edit theme”.

Frustrating, Not sure where the sidebar is being suppressed or if code has been changed somewhere to eliminate the sidebar.

Any help?

Resolved…iTunespy was operating behind a password protected directory and though it was not generating errors it was unable to send data to the database.

I have installed ItunesSpy for Mac, checked and re-checked the installation. All the test pages within the iTunesSpy Admin page seem to work and I’ve checked the code inserted into my sidebar many times. The authentication key is ok, so is the amazon ID key. I’m running this on an iMac G5, on WordPress 2 using the latest version of iTunesSpy. The Applescript is running without generating an error.

Still, the songs played on my iTunes are not making it into my database. The only content showing up on the blog is the test data sent to the DB using the test and debug urls embedded in the admin page.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Plugin looks great. i’m using WP 2.

User reports a “Fatal error 653” each time he “sends”. Any obvious cause known for that?

Also, is there any way to send a audible alert when new users sign on? This would be handy for blogs designed for small user groups (I agree it would be irritating for busy sites).
