Not as bad as you described. In fact it is one of the best after you understand how it works. It may need some coding understanding ( Chat GPT can help you with that) to just minor settings, but after all it works well for small businesses. I used “Salon” for a couple of years, after that I moved to the big guys, like “Square Appointment” , “Vagaro” etc, and for now I’m thinking of moving back to Salon Booking. It allows you the best control on your data and maximum flexibility. Support really good and knowledgeable. They do not switch you from one unqualified assistant to another (like Square does), but resolve your issues.
