Yes apologies, I should’ve mentioned I was using the “Disable Gutenberg” feature. Glad you can replicate the issue now.

It’s not urgent and not even that annoying really, I just go and grab shortcode from the plugin to paste in.

When I edit a post/page, their is normally a button above the visual editor to show an “Add Form” button when Gravity Forms is installed. If I activate the Classic Editor plugin it shows again.

Okay awesome, glad you guys were able to replicate the issue now. If it helps, there was a similar modal popup in a previous version about the new Super Smush feature that didn’t have this glitch.

Yes I’ve followed those steps already, it doesn’t solve the problem. It seems to definitely a problem with the latest version of the plugin as performing a rollback to version 3.11.1 fixes the problem. I use this plugin on every website I build and it happens on each one of them.

Just to confirm yes it is a fully-responsive design and will never need a horizontal scrollbar.

Also just for other people, there was a slight typo in the code you provided, this will work:

body { overflow-x: hidden !important; }

Any ideas when you might be able to solve the problem, or do you think it’s just a browser-specific issue?

Confirming I haven’t fixed the issue yet. I use Firefox to view work websites.

I did test it in Chrome and Safari and can confirm it doesn’t happen in either of those browsers.

It’s weird, it happens most of the time when I refresh the website in Firefox, but then sometimes doesn’t do it.

Does it happen for you if you view the website in Firefox?

Thank you for getting back to me.

It could have been user error (me). You might be right, I might’ve unloaded the recaptcha.js accidentally, but it isn’t an issue now anyway. The page where the reCaptcha wasn’t loading was 2 registration forms for jobseekers/employers and I’ve split that page into 2 separate ones now.

Hi, that’s okay. Yes it seems to be working fine now. I even bought the pro version as I really like the plugin.

I probably wouldn’t leave the shortcode generator outputting random spacing and missing quotes however, it’s not very clean code.

That sounds great. It doesn’t bother me as I know to just remove the spaces, but someone else might not know how to fix this.

I will keep an eye out for your reply.

You can see the first “style” parameter adds a space before the equals sign and the “no_of_product” adds spaces around the equals sign and doesn’t have quotes around the number.

I installed the plugin for the first time ever yesterday, so yes it is the latest version.

That was 3 months ago I requested support. I’ve just made sure all brands have a product assigned to them. The issue still exists though.
