I’m having the same issue as no messages are being received. I have several websites on different hosts and none work now. Also, I went through the troubleshooting guide to no avail.

I’m looking for the same feature. WPtouch works well for pages and blog posts but looks terrible on the home page.

Matthew, thanks for the suggestion. I’ve actually run the images through compression software.

I did figure out the issue. The theme isn’t playing nicely with the Woocommerce plugin. My best bet is to probably bring it up to the theme developer.

I was able to accomplish the goal by utilizing Mozilla Thunderbird. It’s free and imports iCal files but can also explort csv files. Here are the general steps I took:

1. Export events in iCal format from the website calendar (each month had its own file).
2. Import iCal files into Thunderbird
3. Export events from Thunderbird in csv format
4. Import csv files into The Events Calendar plugin. Most of the names lined up so it was pretty easy. The only problem is none of the location data transferred so there was still some work to be done.

Fixed it. I just realized you can manually fix the upload directory under Settings>Media and simply update the “Store uploads in this folder”.

No luck, but your suggestion makes sense. Any other ideas on how to fix this problem?

Thanks for the reply. Both of the websites are using your plugin. I’m also planning on getting the Pro version if that changes anything. I’ll upgrade now if it makes this easier.

I tried the iCal export feature but I can’t import it in the Events Calendar. It looks like you can only export as iCal or XML but only import as a csv. Is there no way to move events between different iterations of the plugin?

Thanks for the quick response! How much does the theme have to do with page speed? I feel like things have slowed down since switching. Any suggestions for themes that have a lot of focus on speed and SEO?
