Hi, I came here to report the same issue so I thought it best to add to this existing thread. We were experiencing multiple issues with our forms not working and after chatting with the WP Forms support team they determined that the “Change WP Admin Login” plugin was the issue.

Their findings reported that version 1.1.7 of the plugin affects admin-ajax on the front-end, and this in turn affects WPForms. We are able to rollback to version 1.1.6 for the time being as this version does not affect WP Forms. Just wanted to share that in the event any one else is having this same issue.

Hello, we tried again to update “Say What? Pro” while running the latest version of Spotlight v1.4.2 and we once again received a critical error. Please see below:
