The products are all Simple products, virtual products, sold individually. Order autocompletes, and has member discount pricing for 5 of 8 member levels. It used to give customers a membership level (but I removed it, as I mentioned).
I know MMPU support was added, but perhaps there is a conflict there, as giving customers a membership level would in some cases (such as my test cases to check the member pricing) cause the customer to hold two memberships?
If I can provide any other info, please let me know. Thanks again so very much for your assistance!
Thanks for your response @andrewza . None of the member discount pricing is working.
I haven’t had member discounted products since spring, so I added new ones right after updating both Woo and the PMPro Woo plugins. I suspected it may have been the updates, but after more testing, I have discovered that removing the membership assignment from the product causes the member pricing to display correctly. I have no idea what correlation the membership assignment has upon the pricing, but the member priced item in the spring did NOT have an associated membership, so I can’t say for sure whether the issue was there at that time or not. Hmm.
If you need additional information from me, please let me know. Thanks again!
