Thanks – this worked for one of our sites (it was due to something in the WP Supercache plugin) removed it and all seems fine.

For our other site – https://www.gnomegames.com that did not work. Deactivated all plugins, still did not pull to the Facebook. Switched to 2012 theme and same issue was present.

I’m open to suggestions and would greatly appreciate them

Fix was to go in through phpMyAdmin and reset the site url – thanks for the help!

And the service provider is now implementing new security measures – the hack came from a vulnerability they had.

Well we reloaded the entire WP folders with a brand new set of files aafter deleting all of them – still had the same issue – so we purged the database and it os fine. Something inside the database was the issue – we have a copy of it and have turned it over to some e-security folks to play with. Basically they have indicted the database had been hacked and was pushing harmful script.

Thanks – we can not log in there either so does this mean my blog is ‘infected’? and if so where might that problem be?

Any ideas would be great.
