Here’s some additional information. I renamed the plugins directory and created a new (empty) one. Changed wp_config.php to point to db with a fresh WP install. I then installed WC and the uploads were successful with ~45% CPU utilization. I then added all of the previous plugins and tested again, still working. I then changed wp_config.php to point to the original db with same default theme and all of the same plugins and not only did it fail but the product pages are slow. I ran a db check and repair in cPanel and tried the upload again with no change. It appears to be a db related issue but I’m not sure what that might be as it was working previously.
