Thank you for your response. The problem arose when I installed Translatepress on my website and I have opened a topic regarding this which is still not resolved:

i have tried switching to the default storefront theme and only the WooCommerce plugin is activated.

and I found a third party plugin i.e. “Translatepress” which I installed causing the conflict.
