The issue is the PHP version, I had the same issue, I was running 5 (don’t ask I have legit reason due another client’s own choices) now it works on 7.
I installed this plugin on a brand new wordpress install and I do not see any submit button…

How did you find that page? I don’t see the lite version on the pricing page FYI
This was a bad decision. Now I have to disable and find another plugin.

In reply to: [WordPress Auto Featured Image] does not select an imageI am also getting this issue on a brand new WordPress installation. You upload the image, see it displayed, click the “Set This My Default Thumbnail” and that popup then turns into a blank white popup, and the image is not saved. The popup has “Upload Thumb” in top left still with the X in the top right.
