1/ the shortcode appears as itself integrated in a text/html widget
2/ the shortcode works integrated in a page or post. see:

Hi Angelo, it works perfectly on pages and posts. But not with an Text or HTML widget.

The code will be shown unformatted:

[events_list scope=”future” limit=5 pagination=1 orderby=”event_date_created” order=”DESC”]

Is there something else to consider?

I checked both suggestions but it didn’t work. I tried it also by using the default them twenty twelf.

No, it doesn’t work. But by accident I found out, that it works by using the parameter CONTENTS.

Example:

Do you have something set (in plain text) for the messages under Events > Settings > Even Submission Forms?

-> Yes, plain text is available

Do you have “Show form again” set to No?
-> I tried both without result!

Well, I created a page with the name “Turnier melden” and inserted the form tag: <Event_form>

I tried to add text above the form tag. I didn’t add the data via custom fields etc.
This is exactly what’s currently on the page but not visible:

According the Event Manager documentation a message should ne displayed after an Event Submission by anonymous user on the page itself. Am I wrong?

If a user submitts an Event the page will be cleaned but no message appears.
The E-Mail instead that an Event has been submitted to the Administrator works well.

I just talk about a message after sending the Event. See also
