Hi Subrata, I’m having the same problem. When the user have 4€ in the wallet (e.g.), and he wants to topup 10€, the result would be 14€, but the wallet show to the user 6€ to pay.

Is like if the wallet asked “What do you want to have in the wallet?” and you said 10€. Then the wallet would complete with the remaining 6€.

You know what I mean?

I have deactivated the “If a purchase requires more balance than you have in your wallet, then if checked the wallet balance will be deduct first and the rest of the amount will need to be paid.” option.

With this option activated is the same.

I have the same problem, when the plugin is active, I try to access to the backoffice and I obtain a 500 or a 503 error after a few second or a minute.

Thank you all for your answers. I have created a ticket for the hosting, because I think there’s something related to the server configuration. I installed a clean wordpress and it happened the same. The problem it seems to be that the server it’s prepared for configure WordPress, Moodle, Joomla etc as an application from Plesk Panel.

I hope they can solve the issue.

Hi Cory, I have this problem. I have installed my website with duplicator in the Httpdocs folder, and the web is installed only in text mode. But also I have installed the wordpress alone and it’s the same result.

But if I install the website duplicated with duplicator in a sub-domain folder (i.e. example.giscadtraining.com), it’s all right.

which could be the problem?
