  • Cardinal commerce has got mine working with the PayPal pro app for WooCommerce a week ago and it’s been working fine since then but we have been working on it for month’s hope this helps we was pulling our hair out over this

    I don’t believe that its a problem with woocommerce as when I use the cardinal thin app for testing it works but not through the Paypal pro app have you not had any other problems has anyone else complained about having problems getting it to work? I’m getting to the point where I’m thinking of ditching Paypal altogether as this has to be working soon as the deadline for all payments to pass through 3d secure is getting closer and closer and the time I have spent with everyone involved including yourselves, no one wants to help and because it involves different companies everyone just passes the book to one of the other companies and I don’t know where to turn there is yourselves, Paypal, and cardinal commerce, I pay all these companies and no one cares.

    yes but it seems like I have done everything and the documentation is confusing as it relates to different countries I have Paypal pro I have Paypal API’s I signed up with cardinal and imputed the details is there something I’m missing?

    same problem cant get 3d secure working no matter what i do seems like going to have to find another solution paypal no help with this and cardinal no help either why is it so hard to set up there is not long to go and backwards and forwards with emails still not working this should be easy if you all knew this had to be done im very very frustrated with this

    just to update i tried changing the theme to see if this solved the problem and it did not so it cant be theme related any help would be much appreciated here

    I have tryed that but we are using Responsive Child Theme it was working fine but someone modified some css for us to change the price colour on the front end and i cant get hold of them to fix it they obviously changed something in css for the backend too as the colour for the front end we asked for white because we have a black background where as its white background in the admin side i suppose the background in the admin could be changed to black this would also fix the problem but i don’t know how to do that either i really appreciate any help you have
