Actually here are the steps :
1- I’m going to Hide my Wp Ghost plugin, set up Admin Path, then Login Path, click on save button
2- Then Go Create a new Post on my CPT, and then try add content permissions for specific user.
At this step we can not anymore add specific user as shown on my video

If I go back to Hide My wp Ghost plugin, erase the custom admin path, and save it, then i’m able to add specific user normally without any issues

Just did it right now on a new staging site. Same issue.

I deactivate all the plugins, switch theme, and test your plugin + Hide My Wp Gosht + CPT plugins, and still the same issue… Would you check on my staging ?

On your video you have set up a new “login security” path (its for users of a website), for the admin login, could you configure the “Admin Security” Login path, in the left tab, once you have set up a new Admin path, please try again, and you will see the issue.

Unfortunately your team never try to reproduce the issue in their side, its the problem !
You just need to install BuddyBoss platform plugin and theme and check it (i can provide them if you need)

I have tested on 2 differents environment the issue :

– one environment with the paid version
– one environment with free version

On both environments the issue was exactly the same. So the issue is not from the paid or free version, as its egal.

How can we move forward now ?

I have canceled the paid version for the moment, because your technical team on it do not tried to understand correctly my issue, and we turned around the issue few days, without action.
On the free and paid version the issue is the same. Once it will be solved on the free version i will go to the paid version.

So is that possible to answer me here of my previous questions, as I only use the free version rigth now ???

I tried also the skip version, but really don’t know how to avoid the translation of the functions, delete, edit etc…

Effectively by this way its working, but it causing an other issue, because i also sell membership from my own store of the website, and users are no more able to download or receive it by email. We are in B2B and users need to have it.

Maybe there is a custom code that allow or restrict to download/receive by email the invoice depending of the Product or Categorie of the product ?
