We have same plugin on another site with PHP Version 5.4.27 and without OpCache and it’s running perfectly!

We have the same problem:

PHP Version 5.6.22-1
NS Cloner – Site Copier Version 3.0.5.9

@amibe I had same issue and, after adding the two lines to wp-config, all is working again.
