Same for me. This has been off and on for a few days but today all my sites using this plugin have the same error. I have had the same errors with video and some other photos as others have reported above.

This happened after the last update on my site as well. It seems to now call a file admin-notice.php in the inc subdirectory of the plugin. I have removed this and the notice is now gone.

I have to say, however, that this really is a careless bit of code. There is NO identity of who added the notice, and unless you paid attention to when it happened, you have no idea who is “talking” to you.
It’s bad enough to have to keep up with everything necessary to keep hackers off your site, but when a developer scares the stew out of you, that is NOT COOL.
I hope the plugin isn’t written as carelessly as this notice was.

The database might be YOURS but the software application that accumulates, formats, manipulates, composes, and otherwise processes your data is THE DEVELOPERS’. Try writing individual newsletters to your 2000 subscribers and see if don’t think what the developers have done is worthwhile. I always think it’s over-the-top cheeky to expect to make money off your subscribers, but not to pay the developers who build your tools. Yes, there IS a “reason for me to pay you” and that is because you are using their work. Sheesh.
