I have just tried this, creating a ticket with an attachment, and it uploaded just fine. It does not seem to be a general problem.

I am using the relase candidate for 6.0.0 (versioned as 5.8.1) and applied two patches that I have documented here:

I am sorry for not responding earlier. I did not get notifications from here for a bit while I was migrating to a new mail client.

The plugin does work, at least on my websites where I use it and also based on the responses and feature requests I received from other users.

I just released version 1.4.0 of the plugin that introduces new interactive features like transposing on the fly and printing the renedered text.

Maybe you would be fair enough to recheck the plugin and change your vote here.

I figured it out. Sorry. It seems to have been a caching issue.

Just to avoid any misunderstandings, I am not affiliated with the plugin or the company providing it. I am just a user too. I noticed these bugs and documented how to fix them.

Remember that this is just a small fix and I can understand that full product releases are not published for each of those. I hope that they come out with the final 6.0.0 soon where this and many other things are fixed or improved.

what version are you using (WordPress and AwSup)?
I am using WP 5.3.2 and AS 5.8.1 (release candidate for 6.0.0) and it looks all good.
There are patches I recommend that I have documented on this page.
Other reasons could be interferences with other plugins. Deactivate one by one of the others and see if that changes anything.

Hi @tahmasebi,

I ran into the same thing. I made twso adjustments that helped me out.

1. Fix the errors in includes/class-product-sync.php
– go to line 193. It should read “continue;” Remove that line. There is a “break;”
right after which does the same.
– go to line 220. Replace that “copntinue;” with “break;”
– go to line 242. Replace that “copntinue;” with “break;”

2. Fix the errors in includes/functions-templating.php
– go to line 694. Replace that “copntinue;” with “break;”

3. Create your own theme
– go to the themes/ directory. In there is a folder called “default”. Copy that folder and rename it to something you like, e.g. “tahmasebi”
– now go to the Awesome Support settings and select the “Style” tab.
– in the first drop down box labelled “Theme” you should now be able to select “Tahmasebi”
– change the styles and other stuff in your folder now to adjust your display

If it still does not work you may want to try my custom theme folder:

I applied your verse style in the settings and it draws the left border and applies the padding.
