Even when it is in the post, the post also does not show up in the results list.

any sugestion?
I would go for the option where there is more freedom, meaning that each user should be able to set the tags etc for themselves per reading.
May be an idea is to have the ability to set this up in a configuration page where the administrator can decide whether to enable every user to set this up for themselves?(I am using a wordpress site for one user only)
