In reply to: [LaunchKey] Proxy ErrorThanks Adam, that makes sense.
The callback URL is set and is aligned but I believe the issue lies in the second point. For some reason the URL is accessible on the LAN but not from outside on the Internet. It’s therefore a networking/ firewall issue. I’ll look into it from here. Thanks so much!

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Verification Foreverok, next question is how do I get this working on a mobile device? It is clearly sending an authentication request but once again waiting forever before I get some kind of ‘proxy’ error. *sigh* this has been one of the most difficult things ever to get working!!!

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Verification ForeverOne last thing yes sorry. Any suggestions for when we make the call for wp_login_form() to remove the password field?

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Verification ForeverI can see the users profile because I’m logged in on a different browser
LaunchKey Options:
Status: Paired (green color)
Wordpress Password: Removed (green color)The same issues exists with the Admin user. I’ve never had an authentication request from the site except when I needed to verify the LaunchKey configuration (and it all worked).
SO I don’t think resetting the password will change anything.

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Verification Foreverok. So here again is the situation:
1. The user is logged out
2. The user has an established Launchkey Account and the user is linked to it
3. The user has had the password removedNow, I try to log the user in but it is not initiating a Launchkey Request and it is expecting a password.
What am I to do now?

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Verification ForeverERROR: The password field is empty.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [LaunchKey] Verification Foreverok I’ve done that. See the message above. I now see under the test user that Status is paired and the WordPress password is Removed. It is not asking me for a Launchkey authentication when I log in.

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Verification ForeverOk I see it in the profile. I thought maybe you have to remove the password after an account is paired to get it to work. I’ve now done that. Trying to log in with the account however I get no Launchkey request and WP is saying: ERROR: Invalid username, email address or incorrect password.

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Verification ForeverI tried logging in as a user but I don’t have any way of setting it up unless I am an admin. Very confusing!!!

In reply to: [LaunchKey] Verification Foreverand then how do I as an admin set this up for those users?
