recaptcha is forced by google firebase and you can not disable that, if you want to be free from recaptcha, you need to use your custom sms gateway. You can setup SMS gateway yourself but if it is hard for you, you can ask online support to help you.

some times, maybe, you have caching issues! so please if you have done all above, then disable your cache and check again. also please check your javascript console to see errors.Forum: Plugins
