Greg, I’m sorry for the comment, but I was really upset. My whole site was messed up and apparently App Themes never notified it’s customers that there would be a problem. Now, everyone is blaming each other.

All I care about is my site, which is working fine now.

Didn’t you check before you named your theme??? Apparently, they requested that you change the name and you refused? Great business ethic.
