Shortcode might be loosing its format and being converted to plain text in case that its wrapped inside HTML code or any other code, so its not suggested using it inside parts of code, but only in Visual editor and in “clean” texts.

Are you sure that you pasted it in wordpress visual editor and not in “TEXT” mode ?

Chrome and Firefox seem to be working fine, however IE displayes error: “IE blocked some files due to certificate error”

Well i installed simple tags plugin and it seems to be ovveriding the issue.
However, this is not the 100% right solution.
Errorlog says:

– Yes, deactivated them all. Problem still exists.
– Switched to default theme, still cannot add tags via Add New Post.
– I moved all subfolders of plugins/ folder, just in case an inactive plugin might conflict with wp core.
– Also replaced the files with a new installation.

It seems to mee that problem comes from my database.
But makes no sense to me that “Tags” page can add new tags, and “Add new post” cannot.

I tried this:

But this outputs the <p summary> tag too! and the second problem is that it echos the summary in the top of my page.
