Hello wordpress/woocommerce,
I have several problem with my site. there are some errors my site developer has disappeared from fiverr.com need some help.

1. errors on my site
2. problem with theme
3. problem with plugins
I have tried to resolve this myself with some success by disabling several plugins allows me to click through my links on my shop store. I found disabling all the plugins using a short code a bit scary even with a backup in place.

Hi Cory,
i have several installations on my server i cannot start duplicator installer no matter what i try. your help files are saying i should delete all file then install the archive file and the installer file only to have a clean installation ? is this the correct procedure.

Hello Malcolm,
after many hours of research i have come to the conclusion the root of my problem derived from wp update- and a unstable wordpress environment / parent/ child relationship. so back to the drawing board for me as i want to fully understand the basic of a good stable environment to work from. to that end i am now attempting to set up wordpress locally – ideally i would like to see the parent/ child file structure in htdocs make some css changes then take a look at the affects – some of the things that arnt clear to me they are saying that any theme can be a parent theme/ with some added short code to define it as such – i would appreciate any pointers in this direction Malcolm.

Hi Malcolm,
i have not tried a web server back up yet – i did download a plugin restore but that didn’t fix it and the staging server am not sure how that works exactly.

Hello Ipstenu (Mika Epstein), am reaching out to you because i find using www.remarpro.com and most links point to wordpress.com very confusing i have many issues with my site and then i had a site update that just made things worst. now through hours of searching it seems that wordpress work along side github am not familar with the structure of github but if your a developer or plugin expert ora developer there are specific sections for you to submit work updates ect ect. but i just could.nt find anything for user help in general could you give me a few specifics how to navigate through wp- of github to get some help and advice please.
