I’m not exactly sure what the exact code is that you’d have to put in/change. Try fooling around with the text-align: center; line

The problem with that is that this tutorial says I need to change both URLs in the General Settings. I can’t do that because I don’t have access to the frontend

You can download it/upload it again through your FTP client (e.g. Filezilla), and you can edit it in a program such as Dreamweaver, Netbeans, etc.

Just copy/paste the code they give you into it and upload it again

Where is your site, show us a page that it isn’t working on and what plugin you’re using

It should work regardless. A child theme is helpful because when you upgrade your theme, your changes won’t be reversed
