Using ajax we can update the DB when click on download button and can show in Wp Admin.

Single Domain SSL means you can use for only one main domain.
For eg: https://thelearningenglish.com and https://www.thelearningenglish.com

If you buy wildcard SSL means: you can use for main domain and sub domains
for eg: https://thelearningenglish.com and https://sub.thelearningenglish.com and more sub domains

To convert your html to wp page, you need to create a custom page.
After you can link that page anywhere, it also possible to make that page as index page.
