Maybe the problem is Mozilla, becasue using Chrome it’s ok…

I use Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Outlook 2016 on Windows 7 Pro

I solved, was the maintenance plugin enabled….
In maintenance mode the ajax do not work properly, disabling it it’s ok!
