Havent been able to see the submitted form sent by you, as i dont get them,
but i think all is good, and the error has not shown again on the dashboard.

hello. Yes, that actually did it. For some reason one of the plugins is conflicting.

Thank you @a2hostingrj & @dominicbowkett for your answers.
Cleared caches, logged out, tryed different users, etc. no change.
I believe this error has appeared since last wordpress updated to 4.7.2 but i am not sure.
