Q1:where are you seeing the “2015_Vectorworks_logotype_Nemetschek_Modifier.png” ? In the Loading Page settings I’ve only set the background image to be “https://modelity.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/Modelity-Logo-FadeV9.gif”

Q2:I’ve uninstalled the ruined content plugin since it’s currently not in use

The website still reloads without the landing page image – I’ve tested this also in incognito mode.
I’m not sure why the different behaviour..

Thanks for the suggestion.
The landing page now loads when I navigate to the website by typing the URL, but if I use the browser’s reload button it doesn’t display the background image – it only shows a white background for as many seconds as I’ve entered in the back-end, the the fade out effect.

Any suggestion to fix this?

I confirm the ‘Always’ choice is selected but the loading page doesn’t appear at refresh.

What could be affecting this?

It worked without the Additional CSS!

thanks for your reply. I am currently testing out a login solution provided with the theme I am using. I may choose to go for your Floating Login later on, in which case will keep you posted.
