Ok, I am checking the info and will get back to you
ps, I looked through the other posts, as I know this is an issue for a few people, but couldn’t find a solution that made it “sticky to the bottom” specifically
Ok, well that would be
https://stmarysclitheroe.co.uk/feed/?post_type=notice-sheet
however this just returns the blog rss, rather than the custom post type
I changed the archive url to just be the default one now but
https://stmarysclitheroe.co.uk/notice-sheet/feed/
shows has 404
I spoke to the developer, this is done by installing the Press Permit Core plugin and doing something like
1. Enable Permissions > Core > Filtered Post Types > Page
2. Enable the “Use create_posts capability” checkbox below that and click “Save Changes”
This worked fine for me, though the menu pathway seemed to differ a bit, possibly becuase of the combination of plugins I had installed
point taken, I had had a long day and was in a foul mood. Not my usual perky self.
That said, I stand by the gist of my review: It’s …. overwhelming to install one plugin for a small component of a website (ie donations) and add a third more menu items in the backoffice.
The plugin I settled with in the end has just one top level item to manage everything.
I don’t think I have ever installed a plugin which added so much to the menu before, it’s a bit odd.
I agree that my style of writing was overly rude, I would edit it but can’t seem to find a button to do that.
Actually, I have found I need to do “no alignment” if I align them left or right they stick out the side.

In reply to: [Sign Me Up] "Unfortunately a network error occurred" on self hosted phpListI removed the stuff and that didn’t work so I tried messing with the URL and it worked when I added the www.
Not sure why that is, there is no www in the subscribe page url…

In reply to: [Export User Data] Exporting group membership info in a usable formatA quick hack might be to look at how people get into the group. In our case the tick boxes on their profile. This data comes out like documentors;developers;users right now. This is effectivley the same data as what group they are in in our case
