I’ve been experiencing very slow synchronisation issues where the Transdirect dashboard doesn’t synchronise with my recent orders for hours at least. Parth has acknowledged the issue but the last I heard from Parth was from 1 month ago on March 13th. After numerous followup emails Parth has stil not responded so I’ve marked this issue as unresolved until Parth has gotten back to me.- This reply was modified 3 years, 7 months ago by gimmebbtjason.
Hi transdirect. I’m glad to update that Parth has successfully remedied this issue, and my Woocommerce orders are now synchronised with Transdirect’s dashboard. I will mark this issue as closed.
To others who may be experiencing similar issues – there doesn’t seem to be a fix you can do yourself – you’ll have to reach out to Transdirect’s support email and get them to do the fix for you.
Thanks Transdirect for confirming – indeed I have been talking with Parth.
So far, Parth has asked me to provide the following details:
1. My website URL
2. My website wp-admin URL, admin username and password
3. My website cPanel/FTP login access
4. My Transdirect member account username and passwordSince giving these details, I’ve not heard a response since Monday 15th of February about resolving this issue. Hence, I’ve marked this issue as “not resolved”.
